Weekdays:
Monday - Thursday $185.00 per night for the 1st two people
Additional Guests are $10 each per night
Weekends:
Friday - Sunday $195.00 per night for the 1st two people
Additional Guests are $10 each per night
Holidays:
Major Holidays $215.00 per night for the 1st two people.
Additional Guests are $15 per night
There is a 3 day minimum on major holidays

 Hot
Tubs:
Guests who wish to use the Hot Tubs are
charged a one time maintenance fee of $39.00. After each guest's stay, the hot tub is drained, disinfected, and all water removed from circulating plumbing by a wet/dry vacuum. New filters, new chemicals & new city water assures you that no one has been in your hot tub before you. We call this a "Cootie Free Zone". All of our hot tubs have ozone generators which blow ozone gas into the water, killing any virus or bacteria while you are in the tub! A really SAFE environment for you and your family.
Pets: Pets are allowed in some cabins with prior notification. $25
per pet per night, $30 per pet during holidays, and a $300 damage deposit required per pet.

We ask for a two night minimum on the
weekends.
A one night stay is available during the week with an extra cleaning charge.

Day Guest Rates:
Visitors to your cabin that don't stay overnight are charged $7.50 each.
Call for special Group Party rates (weddings, etc.).
Security Deposit:
A $300 security deposit is required at check-in
Reservations and Payment:
We accept MasterCard and Visa
Reservations require a 50% deposit and are payable via check, money
order, cash, or credit card. No checks accepted day of arrival. For
cancellations, your deposit is refunded with a 30 day notice, minus a $30
cancellation fee.
Taxes:
Perry County Innkeepers Tax of 5%, and Indiana State Sales Tax of 7%,
bring the amount of tax charged to 12%.
