Weekdays:
Monday - Thursday $175.00 per night for the 1st two people
Additional Guests are $10 each per night

Weekends:
Friday - Sunday $185.00 per night for the 1st two people
Additional Guests are $10 each per night

Holidays:
Major Holidays $200.00 per night for the 1st two people.
Additional Guests are $15 per night
There is a 3 day minimum on major holidays
There is a 4 person minimum on holidays

Weekdays:
Monday - Thursday $185.00 per night for the 1st two people

"Lodge at Buzzard Roost"

Weekdays:
Monday - Thursday $205.00 per night for the 1st two people

Friday - Sunday $215.00 per night for the 1st two people

Holidays:
Major Holidays $230.00 per night for the 1st two people.
Additional Guests are $15 per night

Hot Tubs:
Guests who wish to use the Hot Tubs are charged a one time $39 maintenance fee. The guarantees each guest a perfectly clean spa and filter, filled with sparkling "city water". Ultra-violet light ozonators kill any bacteria or "cooties" introduced to the water.

Pets: Pets are allowed in some cabins with prior notification. $25 per pet per night and a $150 per pet security deposit.

No smoking is allowed in cabins.

We ask for a two night minimum on the weekends.
 A one night stay is available during the week with an extra cleaning charge.

Day Guest Rates:
Visitors to your cabin that don't spend the night are charged $7 each. Call for special Group Party rates.

Security Deposit:
A $150 security deposit is required at check-in

Reservations and Payment:
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover.
Reservations require a 50% deposit and are payable via check, money order, cash, or credit card. No checks accepted day of arrival. For cancellations, your deposit is refunded with a 30 day notice, minus a $25 cancellation fee.

Taxes:
Perry County Innkeepers Tax of 5%, and Indiana State Sales Tax of 6%, bring the amount of tax charged to 11%.
