Weekdays:
Monday – Thursday $220.00 per night for the 1st two people

Additional Guests are $17.00each per night

Weekends:

Friday – Sunday $230.00 per night for the 1st two people

Additional Guests are $18.00 each per night

Holidays:
Major Holidays $245.00 per night for the 1st two people.
Additional Guests are $18 per night
There is a 3 day minimum on major holidays
There is a 4 person minimum on holidays

Weekdays:
Monday – Thursday $235.00 per night for the 1st two people

Hot Tubs:

Guests who wish to use the Hot Tubs are
charged a one time maintenance fee of $4900. After each guest’s stay, the hot tub is drained, disinfected, and all water removed from circulating plumbing by a wet/dry vacuum. New filters, new chemicals & new city water assures you that no one has been in your hot tub before you. We call this a “Cootie Free Zone”. A really SAFE environment for you and your family.

Pets: CASTLE COLUCCI is NOT PET FRIENDLY. Pets are allowed in our other six cabins with prior notification. $45
per pet per night, $55 per pet during holidays, and a $300 damage deposit required per pet.

We ask for a two night minimum stay during the week and on weekends. .

Groups of 10 or more have a housekeeping charge according to their numbers, typically $5.00 per guest.

Day Guest Rates:

Visitors to your cabin that don’t stay overnight are charged $10.00 each. $15.00 each on Holidays.
Call for special Group Party rates (weddings, etc.).

Security Deposit:

A $500 security deposit is required at check-in

Reservations and Payment:

We accept MasterCard and Visa

Reservations require a 50% deposit and are payable via check, money
order, cash, or credit card. No checks accepted day of arrival. For
cancellations, your deposit is refunded with a 60 day notice, minus $35.00 + tax
cancellation fee. Cancelling your reservation within 60 days of your stay forfeits your 50% deposit.

Taxes and Fees:

Perry County Innkeepers Tax of 5%, and Indiana State Sales Tax of 7%,
bring the amount of tax charged to 12%. A 4% credit card convenience fee is added to credit or debit sales
